Circulation in Computer Science follows an open access publishing policy, where articles are freely available online to anyone, anywhere (no personal or institutional subscriptions are required to view or download articles). All articles in CCS Archive published under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC-BY), which conforms to the most widely accepted definition of open access.

Users of articles published in CCS Archive do not need to obtain prior permission from the authors or publisher for either commercial or non-commercial uses. The users are free to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full text of these articles, crawl them for indexing, pass them as data to software, or use them for any lawful purpose.
